Many people have asked the question "Where do I start?" when it comes to a plant-based/vegan diet. With this service, I provide you with all of the tools (recipes, shopping lists and meal plans, etc.) to transition to a plant-based/vegan diet. Pricing is determined during initial consultation.

Classes of 2-4 people.
Training Program designed to assist you in reaching your fitness goals without the presence of a trainer. The program includes a detailed plan to be completed on your own in a gym or at home.
